<p>PURPOSE: To easily form a desired grooved pattern on raw bread by selecting any desired program for pattern by introducing a computerized control system, and suitably adjusting the start point and stop point of fluid stream through a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A guiding means 70 extended across a conveyer 25 is arranged at a holding means 40 provided adjacently to the conveyer 25. Besides, a supply source 140 of pressurized fluid is connected through a duct to a nozzle 122 so as to be operated, and a carriage 120 fixing the nozzle 122 is movably fixed to the guiding means 70 by a bracket 80. Further, the carriage 120 is moved in the lengthwise direction of the guiding means 70 by a driving means 110. At a control means 50, the nozzle 122 is moved across the conveyer 25 while being related with the driving means 110, the fluid distributed from the nozzle 122 is let collide with products carried through the conveyer 25, and the chevron- shaped pattern is formed on products.</p> |
