PURPOSE:To enable an abnormal position detector and its abnormal state of a position detector to be determined, by using the addition result of other patterns except the abnormal patterns when position detector output patterns are not normal ones. CONSTITUTION:After the input of position detector output PSU-PSZ via a photo-coupler 79 is provided and the waveform shaping is executed by a logic circuit 78, the input is taken in an operation control section 76 via a buffer 77. With an operational control section 76, an abnormal detector and its abnormal state are detected by comparing the addition result of other patterns except the abnormal patterns when position detector output patterns are not normal ones, with data for discriminating the abnormal state of a position detector. |
