PURPOSE:To improve copying functions by providing a control means for transmitting a signal for writing additional information on the end part of a transfer sheet. CONSTITUTION:When an automatic document feeder 32 is started, it counts not only the number of document but also the number of inserted color paper so as to decide the position of the marking of a chapter. When image exposure is executed, an optical part shutter 10 is made to be closed for a marked area to form a black area on the right end of the transfer sheet. In order to define the contour of said area, light emitted from a laser oscillation part 5 is projected on a photosensitive body 33 through a polygon mirror 4. The transfer sheet to which development and fixing are executed is guided to an intermediate tray 23 and the feeder 32 sets the next document on a document platen glass. The back surface of the transfer sheet is marked with the oscillation part 5 and the shutter 10 cooperatively by shifting in a horizontal direction so that it is adjusted to be in a surface marking position. Thus, the specified information can be added to the end part of the transfer sheet and the copying functions can be improved. |
