PURPOSE:To prevent a setting value from being set in error and prevent the non-working of a relay from being generated, by displaying a setting value and a controlling value due to the error of a working value, respectively on a first and a second display means. CONSTITUTION:The input of the electricity quantity of a protected system, to an MPU 1 is provided, and the input of a setting value set by a setting device 10 is provided, and the comparison of the scales is performed, and the existence of the accident of the protected system is discriminated, and when it is discriminated that there is the accident, then trip output is generated. The setting device 10 has a numerical value setting circuit 3, a selecting circuit 4, a memory circuit 5, a switch 6, a controlling circuit 7, a bus 9, and display circuits 11, 12. By the display circuit 11, the setting value of a relay element selected by the selecting circuit 4 is displayed, and by the display circuit 12, the controlling value of a working value error for the setting value of the relay element selected by the selecting circuit 4 is displayed. |
