PURPOSE:To unload a molded product inexpensively and reliably, by unloading the product molded after injection molding by a guide mechanism having specific structure. CONSTITUTION:After injection molding, a molded product is left behind on a mold 4 on a moving side fitted to the side of a die plate 3 on a moving side. Then the molded product is thrust down by an ejector pin 5' or an air blow 6' through a moving mold 4. The molded product thrust down is guided into a guide pipe A which has been moved so as to cover a space between the moving mold 4 and a stationary mold 2 after mold break, inverted by 90 deg. and drops. The dropped molded product is corrected and positioned by a funnel- shaped guide equipment B, received reliably by a pallet, pulled across, inverted and carried out in order. |
