PURPOSE:To reduce the space for installation to the necessary min. value by arranging a work receiving means which is turnable and a work receiving means which is slidable in the longitudinal direction onto a work receiving means which is fixedly installed. CONSTITUTION:A plate 5 is joined with the piston rod 7 of the first cylinder 6, and driven in the longitudinal direction by the extension and contraction movement of the rod 7. Further, the plate 5 is joined with a connection rod 9 through several swingable arms 8, and when the plate 5 is moved in reciprocation in the longitudinal direction by the drive of the second cylinder 10, the plate 5 rises and lowers horizontally.
