PURPOSE:To use originals of various size and photosensitive materials of various side with various performance and to process them without dark-room operation by providing respective units with independent driving systems and separating them from a copying machine individually. CONSTITUTION:The respective units such as a drying unit 35, an exposure part unit 3, and a supply conveyance part unit 50 have individual driving system, the respective units are coupled by flange clamping using bolts and nuts 180 for mechanical structure and also coupled plug connectors for electric control, and they are easily attached ad detached. Then, the respective units are disconnected at a double-line boundary and also coupled into the original coupling state. A necessary unit is therefore disconnected for maintenance inspection, operation, or storage individually, and while at least one unit is separated, the operation is carried on with the remaining units.
