摘要

A uniform film is formed on the inner surface of a cathode ray tube faceplate in mfr. of a phosphor screen by facing the faceplate downwards; rotating the face plate about an axis of the cathode ray tube; and spraying a liq. contg. material of the film from a supply nozzle perpendicular to the faceplate onto the inner surface of the faceplate along all directions, forming a uniform film.
