A cook top 10 comprises a heating unit 17, which is supported by a bar 13 or the like situated below the cook top. Spring elements 18 interact with the bar 13 as brace in order to press the heating unit 17 to bear against plates 11, made for example of a glass ceramic material, covering the cook top. The spring elements 18 each comprise a leaf spring, which is designed with a body 19, fixed to the heating unit 17 by rivet strip 22 or the like, and two legs 20, 21, one 20 of which extends perpendicular to the bar 13 and is inserted into a slot-shaped opening 23 therein, whilst the second leg 21 extends obliquely towards the bar 13 to bear resiliently against the said bar. <IMAGE> |
