PURPOSE:To enhance sensitivity in measurement by using a photoacoustic spectroscopy for a detecting means of an analyzing method of enzymic immunity. CONSTITUTION:Each sample provided in an automatic sampling device 1 is sucked by a sampling nozzle 2 and discharged into a reaction vessel 4 on the inner wall of which an antibody 3 is fixed beforehand. After a buffer solution 5 is also injected in the vessel 4, the vessel 4 is subjected to incubation by a shaker incubator 6. The buffer solution 5 being put in the vessel 4 subsequently, an adsorbed solid-phase substance is washed away, sucked to a drain 7 and then discharged outside a system. Next, an enzyme tagged antibody 8 is given to the vessel 4 and the incubation is conducted again. After an adsorbed solid-phase substance is washed away by the buffer solution 5 subsequently, a substrate 9 is added to start an enzymic reaction, the incubation is conducted, and then the reaction is stopped by a stopping liquid 10. A reaction solution 11 is sucked into a photoacoustic cell 12 and a light emitted from a laser light source 13 is applied thereto through a chopper 14 and a lens 15. A photoacoustic signal thus generated is detected by a pressure sensor 16 and the detected signal is passed through an amplifier 17, processed by a data processing element 18 and outputted therefrom. |
