PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a driving mechanism and to prevent the uneven rotation in a rotating device and noises, etc., from occurring by integrally forming an ultrasonic motor on the flange end surface of a rotor and impressing an AC voltage on the piezo-electric ceramics of the ultrasonic motor. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 64 of the ultrasonic motor 60 consisting of the piezo-electric ceramics, an elastic substance and a pressing means, etc., is fixed to the flange 76 of the rotating member 75 and a control mechanism 100 drives the ultrasonic motor 104 through a control circuit 101 and a driving circuit 102. And a drum unit 105 is directly driven with the ultrasonic motor 104. Namely, the pulse waves are rectified in a driver 113 and amplified in a booster coil 114. Then the voltage in (cos) waves and the voltage in (sin) waves are impressed on the piezo-electric ceramics 115 and on the piezo-electric ceramics 115a respectively. Then, a device where effects caused by the uneven rotation of a drum does not occur can be obtained. |
