PURPOSE:To improve the abrasion resistance, impact resistance and heat insulating property of a molded product, by bringing the bonding surface of the compounding curable resin of a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin material to such a state that no thermosetting resin is impregnated and a fiber reinforcing material is exposed. CONSTITUTION:The bonding surface of the compounding curable resin of a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin material is brought to such a state that no thermosetting resin is impregnated and a fiber reinforcing material is exposed, and integral pressing is applied to obtain a composite resin molded product. Concretely, a lower mold 11 is set on a lower mold l and the compounding curable resin material is charged in the cavity of the lower mold II and press molding is again applied to unify SMC and the compounding curable resin 7. In this unified composite resin molded body, the fiber reinforced compounding curable resin layer is formed to the interface of the FRP material (SMC) 8 and the compounding curable resin 9. |
