PURPOSE:To enable supply of ready-mixed concrete, which has been kneaded at a high speed and is of a good quality, to a placing site, by a method wherein after the ready-mixed concrete has been formed with a drum at a high kneading speed by inserting a memory card into a microcomputor for mounting on a vehicle and a delivery slip is made out by the microcomputor. CONSTITUTION:A quantity of ready-mixed concrete to be formed of water W, cement C, gravel G, water receding agent K and sand S within a drum 13 of a truck mixer 12 in a concrete plant is calculated and recorded in a memory card 19. The drum 13 is turned at a high speed for a predetermined period of time on instructions from a microcomputor 18 for mounting on a vehicle and the ready-mixed concrete is formed, by inserting the memory card 19 into the microcomputor for the mounting on the vehicle mounted on a truck mixer. A making out of a delivery slip 20 is performed by the microcomputor 18 for the mounting on the vehicle and the ready-mixed concrete which has been kneaded at a high speed and is of a good quality is discharged through the drum 13 at a placing site after that. |
