<p>PURPOSE:To restrain the generation of malodor due to mold and microbes by providing a heater to dry the dust collecting part of air cleaner device and drying the dust collecting part of hygroscopic property. CONSTITUTION:When an operation switch 7 is turned off after the operation of air cleaning is finished, contact points a-c become off and contact points b-c become on, and a high tension electric power source 5 and a driving motor 9 become off and the heater 11 is charged with electricity. Thus, an electret filter 3 absorbing the moisture in a room during operation is heated and dried under the temp. control by a thermostat 12. When the time needed to dry the filter is passed, a timer switch 10 is put into operation to turn the heater 11 off, and the filter medium of dust collecting part which absorbs moisture during operation and the water stuck to electrodes and dust are dried, and the generation of malodor is prevented at the beginning of the next operation with the result that a pleasant air cleaning is carried out.</p> |
