PURPOSE: To accurately and efficiently form a slit by freely position-displaceably supporting a drill implement by a position regulator having a forward and reverse regulating means and a lateral regulating means, an elevation implement and a rotating implement. CONSTITUTION: A slit punching tool 6 has a pair of drill implements 7, a supporting plate 9, a position regulator 13, an elevation implement 15 and a rotating implement 16. The implement 16 has a gear 73A at an inner end, a driver 77 having a handle mounted at the other end of a manual shaft 75 mounted at an elevation plate 70 via a reduction gear box 76 of a known constitution, and an operating unit 80 having a gear 73B engaged with the gear 73A and fixed to an inner end of a pivotal shaft 76 perpendicularlypivotally secured to the plate 70. Accordingly, the implement 16 can maintain the plate 9 for supporting the implement 7 at a desired rotating angle by a reduction gear rotation of the gear 73A by an operation of the handle. |
