<p>PURPOSE:To permit the diminishment of the scale of the title facility, by a method wherein a predetermined flow rate of cold water is sent out as it is and vapor is dispersed through a dispersing circuit upon the area of a low flow rate while predetermined temperature control and flow rate control are effected through two control valves upon the area of medium and high flow rate. CONSTITUTION:In a hot-water producing facility which recovers the sensible heat of exhaust gas or the like through a heat exchanger, cold water, supplied by a water sending pump 13, is controlled by a flow rate regulating meter 2 and a flow rate regulating valve 3 so as to secure a predetermined flow rate. The supplied water, whose temperature is risen by the heat exchanger 17, is mixed with the cold water so as to obtain a predetermined temperature by a temperature sensor 4, a temperature regulating meter 5 and a temperature regulating valve 6. When the flow rate of the hot water has arrived at a flow rate lower limit area A (m<3>/H), the flow rate regulating valve 3 is closed totally and the temperature control valve 6 is switched from a temperature control system into a flow rate control system. On the other hand, ON-OFF valves 18, 19 are switched from totally closed into totally opened condition to disperse evaporated hot-water in a dispersing line including an elevated water reserving tank 21 while the heat exchanging line of the cold water is intercepted by closing the ON-OFF valve 20 and the flow rate regulating valve 3 totally.</p> |
