<p>PURPOSE:To automatically stack a load into two or more steps by indicating a loading position by coordinates, driving running, traversing, lifting and clamping means, supervising the action of running, traversing and lifting by a detecting switch and photographing a clamping condition to be supervised. CONSTITUTION:Clamping a hanging cord 32 of a sack 1 by a clamping device 6, it is driven running and traversing by a running device 3 and a traversing device 4 over a ceiling part in a building 2, feeding the sack 1 transferring to a loading position. And by a lifting device 5, the clamping device 6 is vertically moved, piling the sack into a step in a predetermined position. These control parts store in memory a conveyed object in its loadable position by a coordinate position, performing the loading instruction by a coordinate display. And a detecting switch is respectively provided in the running, traversing and lifting devices, performing position detection. While video cameras 47, 49, taking an image in a part of the clamping device 6, supervise its condition. By this constitution, piling into steps can be automatized.</p> |
