MAKING METHOD OF BICYCLIC COMPOUNDS

The bicyclic cpds. of formula (I) and pharmacetically usable salts thereof are prepared by reacting the cpd. of formula (II) with the cpd. of formula (III). In formulas, B is methylene, ethylene, vinylene; R1 is H, alkyl, aralkyl, aminoalkyl, mono- and dialkylaminoalkyl, acylaminoalkyl, phthalimidoalkyl, alkoxy-, aryloxy-, aralkoxy-, alkylamino-, aralkylamino-, aryloxycarbonylaminoalkyl, alkyl- and aryl sulfonyl-aminoalkyl; R2 is COO, alkoxy-and aralkoxy-carbonyl, -H2PO3, -C(O)NR6R7; R3 is COO, alkoxy- and aralkoxy-carbonyl; R4 and R5 are each H or together are oxo; R6 and R3 are each H, alkyl or aralkyl or together with N are 5- or 6-membered heteromonocycle opt. contg. addn. N, O or S; n is 0,1 or 2.
