PURPOSE:To permit the direct striking to the end face of a concrete precast pile without exposure of PC steel wires from the end face by a method in which a recession surrounding PC steel wires being buried is formed on the end face of the precast concrete pile and the PC steel wire is cut off in the vicinity of the bottom face of the recession. CONSTITUTION:An end plate 6 with projected boss 6a, a cylindrical form 1, and a core 4 are assembled and a PC steel wire 3 is thrust through the central hole of the boss 6a and tensed. Under the condition, concrete is placed into the form 1 and hardened, and the form 1, etc., are removed out, where a recession 7a surrounding the PC steel wire 3 is formed on the end face 7c of the pile 7 being formed. The PC steel wire 3 is then cut off in the vicinity of the bottom face 7b of the recession 7a. Since the PC steel wire 3 is not exposed from the end face 7c, no concentrated load is applied to the PC steel wire 3 even when direct striking is applied to the end face 7c for concrete driving, thereby preventing damage to the concrete.
