PURPOSE:To obtain an electrophotographic sensitive body causing no image defect during successive copying by forming a cylindrical support made of a less flexible phenol resin and a photosensitive layer on this support. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic sensitive body is provided with the photosensitive layer on the cylindrical support made mainly of the phenol resin having a whole length of 680-1,000mm and a sectional secondary moment of 180-86cm<4>, and a deflection due to its own weight of <=50mum, and obtained by incorporating glass fiber in the phenol resin in an amount of 5-50wt.%, preferably, 10-30wt.% of the total weight of the phenol resin, thus permitting the electrophotographic sensitive body using this support to be not deteriorated in image quality even during successive repeated uses. |
