<p>Oxadiazolyl imidazo(1,2-a) pyrimidines of formula (I) with tranquillising, and in some cases, sedative (hypnotic properties, - for use in treating anxiety, chronic anxiety with agitation, irritability or aggression, and depression, are made by (a) reacting a cpd. of formula (III) with a cpd. of formula (IV) to obtain a prod. of formula (II); and (b) reacting with hydroxyl amine hydrochloride to obtain (I).</p> |
