PURPOSE:To simultaneously cut plural disk with high accuracy by supplying a laser beam from the same light source to respective optical heads on the plural disk rotating synchronously with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 2' from the one laser light source 2 is split into both A and B systems by a half mirror 6 through first and second optical modulators 3 and 4 and a first reflection mirror 5. The laser beam B is passed through a second reflection mirror 5 and a filter 8 and the quantity of light of both laser beams A and B is made to the same quantity of light and split into laser beams of four systems of laser beams A1 end A2, and B1 and B2 with the same quantity of light by respective half mirrors 14 and 14. and filters 16 and 16'. These laser beams are sent to the four optical heads 12, 13, 12' and 13' which are fitted to a sliding table 9 and move on right and left simultaneously and the four disk 10 rotating synchronously at the same speed can be cut simultaneously. |
