PURPOSE:To heighten the laminate-adhesion strength of PET film to a coating, while the unevenness of the coating film of a thermosetting powder coating does not occur on its surface by a method in which the powder coating is heated at the temperature of at least the melting point and at most its cure-starting point before the lamination of the PET film, and it is heated and cured at the temperature of at least its cure- starting point after the lamination of the PET film. CONSTITUTION:A metallic sheet is coated with thermosetting powder coating, and the coating is heated at the temperature of at least its melting point, of at most of its cure-starting point and of at most the melting point of PET, and a polyethyleneterephthalate(PET) film is laminated and press bonded therewith. Then, said material is heated at the temperature of at least the cure-starting point of the powder coating and of at most the melting point of PET. Since the PET film is laminated, the shrinkage of the coating film in curing is prevented, and its unevenness does not occur. In the coating of the lamination process of PET film, since its heat curing is not started, the polar radical relating to heat curing reaction remains, and since the viscosity of the coating is not raised, the wettability with said film is excellent, and the adhesion strength of the film is heightened. |
