PURPOSE:To enable the formation of a highly accurate nozzle plate in the manufacture of a multi-nozzle type nozzle plate by providing an auxiliary guide opposite to the main guide arranged on both sides of a mold to fix a wire with both the guides. CONSTITUTION:A guide 11 is arranged sandwiching a mold 12 and an auxiliary guide 13 outside the guide facing it. A wire 16 is over V-shaped grooves 14 and 15 equal in the number to that of nozzles provided on the respective guides 11 and 13 and fixed by positioning both the guides 11 and 13 with positioning guide holes 17 and 18 of a jig for fixing the mold 12 so that the entering angle of the wire 14 into the V-shaped groove 14 is below the specified value. Then, a molding material of an Aldyte CY205, a hardener HY905, a promoter and an alumina mixed and kneaded is injected into the mold 12, hardened at the normal temperature, taken out of the mold and then, the wire is dissolved with an etching liquid. This prevent the wire from staying in the groove of the main guide depending on the rigidity thereof thereby enabling the formation of a nozzle hole with a specified pitch. |
