PURPOSE:To devise the amplifier in a way that its input/output current is limited or interrupted freely simply without any irrationality by employing a current stop section so as to stop its drive current resulting in stopping the function of the operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The operational amplifies 10 consists of a differential input stage 11, a high gain amplifier stage 12, an output stage 13 and a current source 14 producing a drive current to drive the stages 11-13. The drive current from the current source 14 is able to be interrupted by a current stop section 20. With the application of an operational amplifier function stop signal ST to the current stop section 20 externally, the drive current to the stages 11-13 is stopped to stop the operational amplifier function. |
