The invention consists of a container of dimensions which can be varied as a function of the use, but more particularly designed as a function of the road or rail transport. The originality consists of an assembly of several materials which, for example, can be wood, round bar with concrete for the base and a polyethylene sheet. This assembly can be made using bolts, to the exclusion of any pin (spike), adhesive and, possibly, welding. This invention makes it possible to obtain useful surfaces which can be stacked, at particularly attractive cost. <IMAGE>
