摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a plate thickness of rolling product and to improve quality and yield, etc., by changing and setting the length of sampling interval of the inlet side plate thickness in accordance with the rolling speed. CONSTITUTION:The numbers counted by a 2nd pulse generator 13 in certain time are counted by a sampling arithmetic unit 14 to calculate the present rolling speed V. Further, on this arithmetic unit 14, computing times T of a feed forward controller 10 and a measuring surplus length alpha are set previously, the sampling interval length Ls of the inlet side plate thickness is obtained by the equation Ls=VXT+alpha. Then, computer sampling interval length Ls of the inlet side plate thickness is outputted into the feed forward controller 10, here, using sampling interval length Ls of the inlet side plate thickness, the tracking of a rolled stock 2 is performed to perform the feed forward plate thickness rolling control in the same way as usual. By this method, as the measurings are performed in a proper time interval, the accuracy of the outlet side plate thickness is improved significantly.</p>
