PURPOSE:To make possible the compact size of an automatic processor and the simplicity of workability by incorporating one kind of a stilbene type brightening agent in a bleach processing solution, and an iodine ion having a prescribed concentration in a fix processing solution, respectively, in case of mix-processing color photographic sensitive materials contg. different silver halide emulsions. CONSTITUTION:The color sensitive material having >=2mol% of silver iodide ratio of the emulsion applied on the photosensitive material and the color sensitive material which does not substantially contain a silver iodide in the emulsion applied on the material are color-developed and then, mix-processed in a common desilvering step. In the processing step mentioned above, the one kind of the stilbene type brightening agent is incorporated in the processing solution having bleaching ability, and the iodine ion of 1X10<-4>-1X10<-1>mol./l is incorporated in the processing solution having fixing ability. Thus, the automatic processor constituting of a processing system is made to the compact size, and the simplicity of the workability of the sensitive material is made possible. |
