PURPOSE:To make the damping effect of torsional oscillation constant and prevent the leakage of a fluid by forming a plate with a base end plate and a tip end plate and dividing the base end plate, an elastic body, and an inertia ring into two or more in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A disk type base end plate 2 is fixed to a rotary shaft 1 and a tip end plate 3 is installed on this base end plate 2. An inertia ring 5 is installed on the tip end plate 3 via an elastic body 4 of rubber, etc. The tip end plate 3, elastic body 4, and inertia ring 5 are divided into a plural number in the circumferential direction. A space 6 is formed between the elastic body 4 and the inertia ring 5. The gap of this space 6 can be varied by varying the installing place of the tip end plate 3 onto the base end plate 2. Thereby, the damping effect of tortional oscillation can be made constant preventing the leakage of a fluid. |
