The device is provided with a dispersal member joined to a gas distribution pipe network, on a pressuriser mechanicam with the border wall of the dispersal member which is a membrane mfd. of elastic material and having cross or V-shaped slit on the side pointing towards the liq. or slurry. The legs of the V-shaped slip make an angle of 70-90 deg. to each other while their length is 1-3mm from their cutting point. The membrane is a flat plate, a cover with a circular projection, or alternatively a tube.
