Device for putting equipment back at its point of origin via a deposit-taking system. The invention relates to a method for encouraging the return of objects taken against a deposit. The invention is characterized in that it is a self-contained system which can be fitted to any type of housings intended for return of objects, to the extent obviously that the volume of the said housing allows access to the mechanism. The invention consists of a housing having: . a rocker lever 1, . a bracket 2, . a fastening slide 3, . a bolt 4, . a single-leaf spring 5, . a support plate 6, . springs 7, 8, 9, . a key 10.
