This heat insulation structure is of the type comprising two fluid-tight walls 1, 2 distant from each other and defining between them a gap in which a vacuum can be produced. According to the invention, the walls are made from a non-rigid material and a honeycomb structure 3 is interposed between them in the said gap. It is thus possible, in order to make this composite structure, to use non-brittle and cheap materials such as a rigid or semi-rigid plastic material or metal strip. <IMAGE>
