The monoazo dyes of the formula <IMAGE> which contain at least one water-solubilising group and in which D is a diazo component, R1 is hydrogen, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8-alkyl, aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8-alkoxy, C2-C8-alkanoylamino, substituted or unsubstituted phenoxy or substituted or unsubstituted amino, R2 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, halogen, sulpho, sulphato, thiosulphato, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8-alkoxy or substituted or unsubstituted phenoxy, R3 is substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8-alkyl or aryl, R4 is hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8-alkyl or aryl, and Z'-Z''-Z''' is the unsubstituted or R2-substituted radical of the formula -CH2-CH2-CH2- or the radical of the formula -CH=CH-CH2- or -CH2-CH=CH-, where R2 is hydrogen, produce dyeings having good fastness properties on nitrogen-containing or hydroxyl-containing fibre materials.
