PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having excellent resistance to salt water and adhesiveness and a material laminated to suitable for underground piping, etc., using the titled composition as an adhesive layer, by mixing a specific amount of dialkyltin maleate polymer with a specific modified olefinic resin. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyolefinic resin containing >=0.1wt.% olefinic polymer modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or anhydride thereof is mixed with 0.05-1pt.wt., preferably 0.1-0.8pt.wt. a dialkyltin maleate polymer expressed by the formula (R1, R2 is 1-12C alkyl; n is 2-10). The composition is used as an adhesive layer and laminated to a metal or to a primer layer of a metal subjected to primer treatment. |
