RICE CAKE CONTAINING MILK

摘要

PURPOSE:To prepare a milk-containing rice cake having beautiful appearance, unique palatability, taste and flavor and high nutritive value, by kneading glutinous rice flour with milk and steaming the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Glutinous rice flour is mixed with cow's milk and kneaded to obtain a mushy mixture. The objective rice cake can be prepared by steaming the mixture.
