An electroacoustic transducer, for example a hearing aid or a high-frequency signal receiver, is completely accommodated in an operatively produced cavity in a bone in the vicinity of the ear. The appliance is therefore completely invisible. Preferably a chargeable accumulator is implanted at the same time as the electroacoustic transducer. The electroacoustic transducer can have a correction piece through which the loudness or other parameters of the transducer can be adjusted and the power supply source can be charged.
|
