PURPOSE:To continuously restart a digital processor upon restoration of a power failure by temporarily storing results of digital calculation in a data file having a power failure backing-up means and repeating stored data reading- out procedures thereafter. CONSTITUTION:Three sets of data buffers respectively constituted of the 1st-3rd RAMs provided with power-source backing-up means always store individually calculation results of a microcomputer in prescribed order and in the order of the 1st, and 2nd, and 3rd data files. When a power failure of a power source is restored, the data stored in the 1st data file are compared with the data stored in the 2nd file and when both data coincide with each other, the data stored in the 1st file are adopted based on the principle of majority. When both of the data to not coincide with each other, the data stored in the 2nd file are compared with the data stored in the 3rd file and when they coincide with each other, the data stored in the 2nd file are adopted. By checking the data files in such way when this digital processor is continuously restarted after a power failure, the processor can be continuously restarted upon restoration of the power source from a power failure. |
