<p>PURPOSE:To form capacitors with high capacitances and resistors with highly accurate resistances by a method wherein insulating boards in which conductor wirings and resistors are built and dielectric boards in which conductor wirings and capacitors are built are bonded to each other to manufacture a ceramic composite board. CONSTITUTION:A required number of insulator sheets 1a-1i are laminated and subjected to thermocompression bonding and then baked to obtain insulator boards 10a and 10b in which conductor wirings and resistors are built. Then vehicle is added to dielectric powder and the powder is kneaded and dielectric sheets 7a-7e are formed and, after via-holes 2 are formed, conductor paste is applied by screen printing to form conductor wirings 4, lands 5 and capacitor electrodes 8. A required number of the dielectric sheets are laminated and subjected to thermocompression bonding and then baked to obtain a dielectric board 11 in which the conductor wirings and the capacitors are built. Finally, the insulator boards 10a and 10b and the dielectric board 11 are compressed and bonded to each other and baked to obtain a ceramic composite board in which the conductor wirings, the resistors and the capacitors are built.</p> |
