<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of impurity gas such as CO into a storage chamber, by placing an incomplete combustion detection sensor in a line connecting an adsorbing apparatus and a storage chamber and detecting the incomplete combustion. CONSTITUTION:An incomplete combustion detection sensor 48 is placed in a piping 40 connecting adsorption apparatuses 22, 23 and a storage chamber 1. When a carbon dioxide gas generator 8 is in an incomplete combustion state, the blowers 14, 32, etc., are stopped and an ignition heater 21 is cut off. At the same time, change-over valves 28, 29, 33, 38, 41, 42 for changing the flow of gas in the piping are closed to inhibit the intrusion of impurity gas into the storage chamber 1.</p> |
