The train advance unit has an auxiliary bogie (14) that can be lifted, lowered and displaced transversely, and a hydraulic cylinder (15) works the lifting and lowering. A device (36) blocks the bogie when it reaches the transverse position. There are two sections of rail (37,42) to be removed during any work period, respectively below the auxiliary bogie and below the vehicle (1) axle (5), these rail sections traverse the bogie and axle, and there are separate devices (40,41,45,46) to displace each of the sections longitudinally forward. |
