PURPOSE:To support a heat collecting plate without causing deformations by a method wherein the end part of the heat collecting plate is attached at the free end side of a heat collecting pipe with a remaining part when the heat collecting plate is attached to the supporting device thereof. CONSTITUTION:The heat collecting pipe 4, consisting a path for a heat medium, is arranged in a transparent vessel 1 by means of a cantilever supporting and the heat collecting plate 5 is connected to the heat collecting pipe 4 while the heat collecting plate 5 is supported in the vessel 1 through the supporting devices 8. In such a heat collecting device, the end part of the heat collecting plate 5 at the free end side of the heat collecting pipe 4 is attached to the supporting device 8 with the remaining length l. The distance l is set so as to satisfy the formula l L/10-L/5 with respect to the total length L of the heat collecting plate 5 including a connecting plate 6. As a result, the energy of vibration upon transporting or the like may be absorbed at the free end part of the heat collecting plate 5 and the plate 5 may be supported without causing any deformation. |
