PURPOSE:To prevent a carbon fouling of an article due to a spark generation during high frequency sealing thereof, by making upper and lower high frequency sealing metal dies equipotential in a position which is exterior of a region enclosed by both sides of each of the upper and lower high frequency welding metal dies and their extensions and which is out of contact with the article. CONSTITUTION:When carried to a predetermined position between an upper metal die 6 and a lower metal die 7, a sheet 3 with a tube 2 is held between these two metal dies 6 and 7 which are moved downwardly and upwardly by actuators 5 and 8, respectively. Under this condition, a heat sealing portion 3b left unsealed on the sheet 3 with the tube 2 is high frequency heat sealed by making these metal dies equipotential. This equipotential point A is positioned outside of a region enclosed by both side faces 13a and 14a of their respective heat sealing metal die portions 13 and 14 on the upper and lower metal dies 6 and 7 and by their extensions and selectively out of contact with the sheet 3. Therefore, the fouling of the tube 2 with the carbon formed by a spark generation can be prevented. |
