PURPOSE:To make a high speed turning unnecessary by controlling an inlet valve and an outlet valve by a controller so as to fill the liquid coolant into the inside of the rotor in case of stopping a superconductive generator. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive generator is constituted of a rotor 1, a tube 2 for coolant, an inlet valve 3 and an outlet valve 4 for flow controlling, a liquid detector 5, a valve controller 6, a cooling path 11 of coolant and so on. Before a short-time stopping of the superconductive generator, an opening of the inlet valve 3 is raised, and the ratio is raised to a liquid part of a field winding chamber 8 of the rotor 1 so as to turn all into liquid finally. When the field winding chamber is filled with liquid coolant, it is detected by the liquid detector 5, and openings of the inlet valve 3 and the outlet valve 4 are controlled. Accordingly, the inside of the field winding chamber 8 is filled with liquid coolant, so that a high speed turning higher than several hundreds rpm is not required. |
