PURPOSE:To make light sensitive wavelength characteristics of two elements agree to each other, by forming a light detecting element, which has the same structure as that of photovoltaic elements and is electrically separated as a unitary body, and controlling the output states of the photovoltaic elements in response to the amount of the detected light from the light detecting element. CONSTITUTION:An light detecting element 10 has the same structure as that of N pieces of photovoltaic elements 2a-2n and detects the amount of light irradiating the photovoltaic elements 2a-2n. The light detecting element 10 is electrically separated from the photovoltatic elements 2a-2n and provided as a unitary body. The output states of the photovoltaic elements 2a-2n are controlled in response to the amount of the detected light from the light detecting element 10. |
