PURPOSE:To make it possible to effectively prevent a vehicle from being thieved, by providing a power cut-off section associated with a code memory device between a power source and an engine key manipulating section so that it is energized when an input code inputted from a terminal manipulating section coincides with a value stored in the memory device. CONSTITUTION:A control panel 3 having a power cut-off section associated with a code memory means 4 is disposed between a battery 1 as a power source and an engine key manipulating section 2. When a code inputted from the terminal manipulating panel 5 coincides with a value stored in the memory device, the control panel 3 is energized so that an engine may be energized by manipulating an engine key. With this arrangement, the engine cannot be started only by manipulating the engine key, thereby it is possible to effectively prevent the vehicle from being thieved. |
