A centrifugal machine comprises essentially an encloser (10) inside which is mounted a drum (11) rotated by a motor (33). A rotary disk (18) is mounted inside the drum. The free end of the rotary disk is attached to an inclined shaft (17) carried by a pivoting arm (15). The inclined shaft (17) which carries the rigid disk (18) is rotated by a motor (22). The pieces, in particular syringes which are tipped into the drum, are sorted by centrifuging and emptied by a ramp towards a baffle (34).
