PURPOSE:To maintain the stillness of the passenger compartment of a vehicle by forming an embossed noise-proof part such as a gigging-like embossed part or the like formed therein micro concavities and convexities in a lining material such as a door trim or the like, in the surface mated with another member such as waist member or the like, so as to prevent generation of noise such as creak or the like in the mated section between the members. CONSTITUTION:In a lining material such as a door trim or the like, in which a skin material 4 having an embossed leather tone (general tone) 4a is laminated on a foamed material 3 on a base 2, an embossed noise-proof part 4b composed of a gigging-like embossed part formed therein micro concavities and convexities is formed in each of surface parts mated with a waist section 9, a door handle attaching part 5, a switch part 6 such as a power window switch part or the like, a door lock part 7, a door light part 8 and the like. Accordingly, a movable allowable range is formed between the members, and accordingly, the movable embossed part restrains both members from producing creak or the like, thereby it is possible to maintain the stillness of the passenger compartment. With the use of power-slush formation, it is possible to facilitate the formation of such an embossed noise-proof part. |
