The installation described comprises a high-pressure enclosure (1) and a low-pressure enclosure (2) each having a toric-shaped casing with a common vertical axis. The high-pressure enclosure (1) is located above the low pressure enclosure (2) and cooling means (16 to 19) are arranged in the central free space delimited by the cylindrical inner walls (1b, 2b) of the two casings of the two enclosures (1, 2) in order to ensure the partial or total evacuation of the heat energy produced by condensation, absorption and possibly evaporation.
