Compounds with pharmaceutical activity having general formula (I), where in position 16, either R1 or R2 is hydrogen, while the substituent R1 or R2 which is not hydrogen is -CH2OH- or acylated, preferably acylated, -CH2OH-, or an aldehyde function; R3 in position 1 is an alkyl or acyl residue, preferably an acetylated residue, R4 in position 18 is an alkyl, preferably methyl, chain, a -CH2OH- group or an acylated, preferably acetylated, -CH2OH- group; R5 is hydrogen or a substituent on the benzene ring which can be hydroxyl or methoxy. Also described are the substituted compounds on the nitrogen in position 4 and the derivatives in which the C19-C20 double bond is hydrogenated. The compounds have an anti-inflammatory analgesic and antispasmodic effect. |
