PURPOSE:To prevent formation of stripe patterns in a photograph by photographing a television image through a specific filter device. CONSTITUTION:The image of a television receiver 1 is photographed by a camera through the non-reflecting filter device A having a high light transmittance and is subjected to a developing processing and enlarging to obtain a photograph plate of a desired size. A picture plate is then formed by coloring the photograph plate with oil colors. A non-reflection-worked glass plate having 85-90% light transmittance is preferably used for the device A. Since the photograph plate having no stripe patterns is obtd. in such a manner, the picture plate having no stripe patterns in the white part to be applied with the transparent oil colors is obtd. |
